POSITION : Documentation Specialist REPORTS TO : Director, Regulatory Compliance
We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to join our Compliance team! Our Documentation Specialist will work alongside the Director to manage customer portals, ensure timely execution of compliance impacted projects, assist in maintaining compliance systems for suppliers, provide information to the business on regulatory matters, manage issues related to labelling and advertising, and more.

You have a Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or other relevant educationYou have previous working experience as Compliance or QA Manager or related fieldYou have more than five years’ experience in the food industryTHINGS YOU WILL DO…
Review and maintain accurate and authorized updates on portals for all private label customersWork in a team environment to manage projects and onboard suppliers through available systemsManage customer and supplier documentation to ensure compliance and help resolve issuesRemain current and drive regulatory updates on all company labelling standards and policiesParticipate in resolving regulatory issues raised by customers, consumers, and government agencies and initiate corrective actionsWork with the Director to standardize compliance processes and document templatesSupport the development of product and internal labelling standards, policies, and guidelinesDevelop accurate label copy and review advertising ensuring both meet appropriate standards and policiesManage all regulatory affairs related documents to ensure accuracy and implement updatesWork with the QA team to provide directions on claims for new products with customer considerationOTHER…
