Avantages financiers : Salaire attractif, bonus annuel, régime d’assurances collectives, régime de retraite et régime d’achat d’actions.* Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires ressources humaines (PARH) et les gestionnaires pour définir les exigences du poste, les compétences et les critères de sélection afin de déterminer les meilleures stratégies de recrutement ;* Fournir un service groupes clients de qualité et développer une compréhension et une maîtrise des besoins organisationnels afin d’atteindre les objectifs de main d’oeuvre ;* Coacher et accompagner les gestionnaires sur les processus et meilleures pratiques ;* Utiliser votre expertise pour attirer, rechercher et embaucher les candidats et rester à l’affût du marché de candidats dans l’industrie aérospatiale ;* Assurer l'intégrité, la conformité et l'adhérence aux processus de recrutement ;* Préparer les offres d'emploi en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe RH afin de présenter les offres aux candidats ;* Soutenir les démarches de mobilité du groupe en collaborant avec les experts mobilité et les PARH ;* Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur Airbus en participant aux événements de marketing de l'emploi et de recrutement ;* Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et supporter l’équipe selon les besoins opérationnels.* Détenir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement (processus complet) à différents niveaux de poste (administratif, technique, professionnel, supervision / gestion).* Certificat ou Baccalauréat en administration, en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine pertinent.* Capacité démontrée à développer des relations solides avec les candidats et les groupes clients.* Capacité à fournir et à obtenir des résultats dans un environnement dynamique, changeant et au rythme rapide.* Compétences organisationnelles éprouvées avec une attention aux détails et une solide capacité à établir des priorités dans un environnement avec des demandes concurrentes.* Compétence et intérêt marqué pour l'optimisation des processus et la création de solutions innovantes.* Avoir démontré un très bon niveau d'autonomie et d'initiative au quotidien.* Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais* Afficher un bon leadership avec la capacité d'influencer les autres.* Maîtrise des systèmes *Google Suite*, *Workday (un atout) Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills and selection criteria in order to determine the best recruitment strategies;* Provide quality customer service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs in order to achieve workforce objectives;* Coach and support the managers on processes and best practices;* Use your expertise to attract, source and hire candidates and stay on top of the candidate aerospace market industry;* Ensure integrity, compliance and adherence to recruitment processes;* Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members in order to present offers to candidates;* Support the Group's mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;* Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events; and* Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment (full process) at various levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervisory / managerial).* Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations or relevant field* Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups, external vendors, schools and candidates.* Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.* Skilled and keen interest in optimizing processes and creating innovative solutions.* Demonstrated a good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.* Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.* Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others.* Good knowledge of Google Suite, Workday (asset).By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
