Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of the Sr. Material Handler job.

• Major Activities
• Materials
• Load and unload trailers and containers and place boxes in the correct bin locations
• Pull purchase orders by the box as directed by the supervisor
• Participate in all physical inventories and cycle counts
• Cross-train into other positions and provide support to other production teams or functions as needed
• Guidance
• Direct warehouse staff and give instructions regarding daily activities
• Safety & Organization
• Maintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation, including replenishment of supplies
• Follows all company safety policies; wears appropriate safety equipment, as needed
• Minimum Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Minimum Education
• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Minimum Special Certifications or technical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, intermediate Excel skills
• Minimum Type of experience the job requires
• 1 year Warehouse experience in manufacturing environment

• Ability to use RF scan gun
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; convey and receive information effectively
• Detail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and ruler
• Use inventory software
• Physical Requirements
• Must be able to frequently walk, stand, and sit.
• Must be able to constantly lift up to 50lbs / 23kgs from floor to overhead.
• Must be able to constantly push / pull using total body and upper extremities.
• Must be able to constantly bend and squat
• Must be able to frequently twist.
• Must be able to frequently reach overhead and horizontally.
• Must be able to comply with all safety-related standards and requirements, including the correct utilization of personal protective equipment.
