Position : Logistics Manager Reports to : Director Supply Chain
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Logistics team! Our Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the cycle of order fulfilment and the order process.

Oversee all transportation operations, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.Manage relationships, negotiate tariffs, and select carriers and 3PL partners.Develop and execute 3PL and transportation strategies in collaboration with senior supply chain leadership.Ensure accurate documentation for customs, imports / exports, and daily shipping activity.Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and compliance with service-level expectations.Evaluate and approve freight rates, invoices, and related costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.Maintain logistics KPIs, analyze transportation data, and implement process improvements.Coordinate with internal teams—including order management, project management, and installation—to ensure timely product delivery.Resolve transportation, customer, and carrier issues promptly.Supervise and train logistics staff to meet accuracy, productivity, and timeliness goals.Maintain customer records and reconcile carrier-related deductions or refunds.Other duties may be assigned.OTHER …
