Job Title : Senior Data Analyst

Work Model : Right to hire (after 3-6 months)

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in data governance, lineage, and profiling to ensure transparency, consistency, and quality of enterprise data.
• Develop, optimize, and validate complex SQL queries to support reporting and analysis.
• Design and implement SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture data requirements and align solutions to compliance and regulatory needs.
• Partner with technology teams to implement Agile delivery practice and manage tasks in Jira.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data quality frameworks and lineage documentation.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices and advanced data management techniques.
• Support integration with metadata and governance tools (Collibra, MetadataHub).
• Work with cross functional teams to implement automation tools (e.g., Ab Initio) to improve data processing efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation of data dictionaries, standards, and lineage mapping for enterprise data assets.
