What We're Looking For :
Proven sales experience in the Staffing / Recruiting Industry ( Sales experience in other industries will not be considered )Active Client Portfolio and the ability to bring in new business from day oneSelf-motivated , goal-oriented, and results-driven professionalTrustworthy individual capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alikeExpertise in business development with the ability to formulate and execute strategies to meet targetsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsStrong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Key Responsibilities :
Develop and present custom staffing solutions tailored to clients' needsProspect and build relationships with potential clients to drive new businessMaintain and grow existing client relationships based on trust and performanceIdentify new business opportunities and evaluate sales options to drive revenueMeet or exceed sales targets set by the companySupport all marketing initiatives to increase sales, including travel, promotions, and direct relationship-building activitiesSalary will be determined based on experience.
