Duties :

Candidate will be selling from Niagara Region, Burlington, London to Hamilton

Making 75 calls per day

Set meeting with end-users-market is business owner or corporation

B2B sales for Office or building changes / upgrades / moves, they do not take online

quotes, but BD Rep will be responsible for checking website on quote requests and setting meeting with DM

B2B sales' business development, lead generation and account management

First point of contact for all lead inquires

Develops relationships with prospects to set appointments as this candidate will go on the appointment and close deal

Ability to find their own decision maker leads for office changes / designs

Offer sales support once project has been completed

Assets :

Experience in B2B sales in either commercial real estate or interior design experience; long cycle sales,

Must have Hunter Mentality

Clear communications, personable able to build relationships- Professional appearance and excellent communication both written and verbal.
