Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10 environment and Active Directory. Knowledge to support Macs (iOS).
Tasks
- Respond to level 1 technical incidents via phone / email.
- Analyze the source of problems and handle escalation services for all workstations, printers and network connectivity.
- Perform configuration and deployment of images on desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose, categorize and identify emergencies.
- Proactively interact with the customer to ensure excellent customer service.
- Perform any other related tasks.
