Top Notch Roofing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Sales department. This role owns revenue performance, team development, CRM discipline, and predictable execution while protecting margins and delivering a best-in-class customer experiencen

What You’ll Do
Revenue & Profitability Leadership
Deliver $8.5M+ in annual revenue soldProtect pricing discipline and gross profit targets (45% GP)Monitor SR%, AJS, close rates, and marginsAlign sales activity targets with lead availability and capacityClient & Brand Experience
Ensure fast, professional lead responseOversee proposal quality and expectation-settingMaintain consistent communication through production and closeoutPartner with Production to prevent handoff breakdownsDrive post-sale follow-up, reviews, and issue resolutionProcess, CRM & Systems Discipline
Enforce the Top Notch Selling System and sales playbookMaintain CRM accuracy at 95-100%Ensure proposal turnaround times of 24 hoursUphold canvassing, self-gen, and SOP standardsTeam Leadership, Coaching & Development
Lead daily and weekly coaching rhythms (1 : 1s, GSRs, ride-alongs)Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Sales ConsultantsOwn 0-90 day onboarding and ramp plansHold team members accountable to KPIs and core valuesPlanning, Forecasting & Reporting
Build and deliver the annual sales plan and budgetMaintain accurate weekly forecasts and EOS scorecardsTrack GP%, commissions, and compensation performanceProvide leadership with clear, consistent pipeline visibilityWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales leadership experience (construction or home services preferred)Proven ability to scale teams and hit aggressive revenue targets
Strong CRM discipline (JobNimbus experience a plus)Coaching-driven leader with high accountability standardsFinancial and margin awarenessClear communicator who escalates risks earlyEOS or structured operating system experience preferredCompensation & Benefits
