Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Receptionist at our Chilliwack, BC location. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, maintaining patient records, and ensuring an organized and welcoming front desk. They will also assist with clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the dental office, all while providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
• Proficiency in clerical tasks, including scheduling and organizing records
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is an asset
