ESM Program Director

Management (ESM) Program Director to lead a global team in delivering a multi-phase transformation initiative. This role will oversee the implementation of ESM solutions, manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships, and drive the program through its three key stages : Implementation, Change Management, and Steady

State Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Oversight & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the ESM transformation program across all phases.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,100.00 - $300,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
