Summary :
We are looking for Construction Laborers to assist our Journeyman Cladders on commercial projects in Vancouver and surrounding area.
Specific Duties :
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
- Assist with installation of aluminum composite panels and other siding materials under the supervision of a Journeyman.
- Operate hand tools such as cordless drills and grinders
- Follow company Policy and Procedures
- Communicate effectively with Foremen and other crew members
Key Performance Indicators
- Proven ability to take direction and get required job done
- Safety record and proven safe practice on all job sites
- Attention to detail on tasks performed
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability through daily attendance and participation
Required :
- Experience with a variety of hand and power tools
- Able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
- Ability to arrive to the job site punctually and reliably
- Physically able to safely lift 50lbs and work 8 hours or more
- Willing to attend any required safety course / attain safety tickets.
