With active developments underway and a healthy pipeline of future projects, our client is hiring an experienced site superintendent with strong experience in building envelopes to support its high-performing team of site professionals.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following :

• High-rise condo site management experience
• Strong understanding of building envelope systems
• Great relationships with consultants and sub-trades
• Scheduling and sequencing to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Ability to maintain a tidy and safe job site
• Oversite of junior staff and trades
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Strong relationships with the building envelope sub-contractors, building inspectors and consultants
