WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven customer service excellence (hospitality, tourism, events, or luxury service preferred)
• Confident communicator and natural host – warm, engaging, and professional with diverse groups
• Strong interest in wine and local culture (wine education an asset; curiosity required)
• Reliability and punctuality with a calm, responsible approach in a guest‑facing role
• Valid Class 4 Unrestricted driver’s licence (or willing to obtain one) with a clean driving record; comfortable driving guests safely
• Local knowledge of wineries, restaurants, and regional highlights (or eagerness to learn quickly)
