Job description

They are looking for a key collaborator to assist the controller in all accounting functions. Seize this opportunity and advance your career!

Tasks

  • Prepare payroll bi-weekly.
  • Ensure that invoices are recorded in the current month's period.
  • Perform a trial balance to ensure proper posting of entries.
  • Prepare GST / QST tax returns.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end documents necessary for the preparation of financial statements.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in office automation, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
  • Functional knowledge of the English language, due to communication 20% of the time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the Genius software (an asset).
