Nanny Wanted - House Manager / Nanny Wanted In Vancouver, Bc (Full Time / Part Time, Potentially Long Term)

We are looking for a house manager / nanny for our family in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a full-time / part-time position, with the potential to be a long-term arrangement. We live in Olympic Village and have an almost 2 year old boy who is in daycare during the day, as well as a very friendly Labradoodle. We are also expecting another baby that will be coming in April. We are looking for someone who can help us with general house management, meal cooking / preparation for the family, tidying / organizing, etc. When the baby comes, help with newborn care would be great. If you are available late afternoon / evenings, we could use some help with our Toddler’s evening / bedtime routine on some days.Other details of the position : - Our home is in the Olympic Village area of Vancouver, BC. Near downtown.- Live out position- Number of hours negotiable, but likely somewhere between 25-35 hours / week, 4-5 days a week. Help on a weekend day would be very helpful.- House management tasks would include : adult / child meal cooking, grocery shopping, light tidying, dishes, child / adult laundry, and basic errands.- Start date negotiable (ideal start in April 2025)- Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a plan to apply for the Home Care Worker Immigration Pilot).- Wages will be paid bi-weekly (every other Friday) via payrollDesirable assets : - Experience with newborn care and / or toddlers (e.g. age-appropriate play, reading books to toddler, feeding, diaper changes, bathing)- Experience and comfortable with a dog (we have a very friendly dog.
