This is a Full Time position.

The salary range for a fully trained agent is between $20 - $25 / hour! The starting salary for this role begins at $20 / hour, and increases to $21.75 / hour once training has been successfully completed. You will also receive a bonus for completing training as soon as you're through, and another increase after your first seasonal period!

What you’ll be doing :

• Advising and assisting our customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping / billing inquiries and post-order issues, among other general inquiries. (no sales, no retention statistics, just be helpful!)
• Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities! (We don’t believe in micro-managing. We trust our process; if you’re a FortNiner, you know what you’re doing.)
• Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail.
• Learning the roles and parts all of our different departments play at FortNine, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers!

Le salaire d'un agent entièrement formé se situe entre 20 et 25 dollars de l'heure ! Le salaire de départ pour ce poste est de 20 dollars de l'heure et passe à 21,75 dollars de l'heure une fois la formation achevée avec succès. Vous recevrez également une prime si vous terminez la formation dès que vous avez terminé, et une autre augmentation après votre première période saisonnière !
