Job description

Our client is currently seeking a skilled accounting technician to support the Director of Finance in the accounting cycle for the company. Join our client's team of young, dynamic professionals and contribute to the growth of a leading company in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out bookkeeping for the group's various companies;
  • Complete accounting cycle;
  • Perform bank reconciliations;
  • Follow-up on weekly accounts receivable lists;
  • Follow-up on internal / external customer queries;
  • Produce summaries for management to facilitate decision-making;
  • Make recommendations for software or process improvements;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written French;
  • Functional knowledge of English, both oral and written;
  • Positive attitude towards customers and members of the company;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • You are motivated, organized and enjoy working in a team;
  • You have 2-3 years' experience as an accountant or auditor.
