The Process Coach is a floor-level leader who partners with Operations, Maintenance and Quality to ensure the line runs safely, smoothly and to specification. This role delivers hands‑on coaching, first‑responder support for arising events, and daily process confirmation to protect throughput, first‑pass yield and cost targets. The Process Coach drives and coaches Kaizen problem solving at the lowest practical level, builds Team Leader and Operator capability, and administers basic supervisory duties within a unionized production environment. Shift flexibility (including rotating shifts and weekends) is required.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained.
