Process Coach - Production

The Process Coach is a floor-level leader who partners with Operations, Maintenance and Quality to ensure the line runs safely, smoothly and to specification. This role delivers hands‑on coaching, first‑responder support for arising events, and daily process confirmation to protect throughput, first‑pass yield and cost targets. The Process Coach drives and coaches Kaizen problem solving at the lowest practical level, builds Team Leader and Operator capability, and administers basic supervisory duties within a unionized production environment. Shift flexibility (including rotating shifts and weekends) is required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent (CAEC)

Experience :

• 2+ years’ experience working in Production lines.
• 1+ years’ experience working with and supervising unionized workforce and understanding of CBA (collective bargaining agreement)
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Availability to work in shifts (morning / afternoon / evening) as required.

Preferred Requirements

Education

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
