We are proud to be a growing global company with locations all around the world, from Vancouver to Shanghai, and places in between. We owe our success to our innovative product, our emphasis on our stores, our commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we get to make in every community we are in.

About this team

We’re seeking a Designer to support the Design Director in driving impactful, human‑centred design across our Sports Bra, Underwear & Bodywear categories—spaces where technical performance, elevated craft, and intimate connection to the body come together. In this role, you’ll translate guest insight, global trends, and material innovation into products that elevate the guest experience through comfort, movement, and modern style. You’ll explore new raw materials, design transformative solutions, and create silhouettes that honour both fit and function while delivering on commercial and aesthetic goals.

As a member of our world‑class design team, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, curious, and creatively brave environment while upholding excellence in process, execution, and category craft. You bring aesthetic intelligence, innovative thinking, and the ability to translate complex insights into iconic next‑to‑skin product.

Our team champions a culture where designers are encouraged to grow, push boundaries, and unlock their full potential in an inclusive and supportive environment.

If you’re ready to shape the future of intimate performance and support a category with enormous opportunity, we’d love to connect.

A day in the life

As an Intimates Designer, you bring world‑class close to body product to life. In partnership with your Design Director and cross‑functional teams, you support the design and development process from concept through to production. You bring a growing foundation in intimates design, a refined eye for detail, and a passion for creating product that balances comfort, performance, and modern femininity.

What you do

  • Design sports bra, underwear & bodywear drawing on your developing knowledge of stretch materials, construction techniques, and garment support needs.
  • Blend consumer insights, trend research, product testing, and competitive analysis to help create thoughtful, functional designs that elevate the wearer's experience.
  • Translate lifestyle, runway, and cultural references into a brand‑right aesthetic, ensuring each design aligns with the brand identity and customer mindset.
  • Manage a focused assortment of styles appropriate to your level and the complexity of the category.
  • Participate in fit sessions and partner closely with technical design and sample rooms to bring ideas to life through mockups, prototypes, and iterative adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product development, raw materials, colour, merchandising, sourcing, and design operations teams, ensuring alignment at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in concept sketches, CADs, tech packs, and bill of materials to support premium product execution.
  • Engage in key meetings and marketplace reviews to absorb feedback and help action insights into future design improvements.
  • Stay connected with fabric mills, lace and trim suppliers, and innovation partners to understand new technologies, performance fibers, finishes, and sustainable material developments.
  • Champion the balance of aesthetics, comfort, support, and technical problem‑solving to deliver best‑in‑class intimates products.
  • Colour and graphics to new, core, and carryover styles, considering feasibility, fabric behavior, colorfastness technical limitations, and commercial viability.

You Bring

  • A growing foundation next‑to‑skin design, with an understanding of fit, support, comfort, stretch, performance needs, and construction principles.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate cultural insight, trend direction, and aesthetic cues into intentional, guest‑centred product ideas.
  • Ease working in a fast‑paced, iterative design environment, taking feedback with openness and elevating concepts through collaboration and refinement.
  • A curious, growth‑oriented mindset—energized by innovation, problem‑solving, and exploring new materials, techniques, and technologies.
  • Clear visual and verbal communication skills, ensuring partners across design, development, and merchandising understand your design intent at every stage of the process.
  • A commitment to inclusive and thoughtful product creation, ensuring intimates solutions feel supportive, comfortable, and empowering for a diverse range of guests.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator for technical sketching and Photoshop/InDesign for building compelling visual narratives.
  • A sharp eye for proportion, detail, and balance, with a refined aesthetic sensibility that aligns with our brand values and design philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of design experience, ideally with hands‑on work in Intimates, or close‑to‑body product.
  • Strong sketching and CAD skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Interest in 3D design tools and emerging technologies such as generative AI.
