YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS QUALITY MANAGER :

• Drive the completion of internal audits for systems and processes across all departments.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement efforts; enhancing the quality management system
• Lead in the development and refinement of quality policies and procedures in compliance with both internal and external standards and communicating changes throughout the company
• Establish controls and manage the timely resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and Preventive Action Requests (PAR) as needed
• Uphold ISO certification by coordinating with external auditors, ensuring standards are current, and resolving any audit-related action items
• Informing senior management on issues related to the Quality Control System and providing solutions and timelines for resolution
• Regularly measure and report on internal and external Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ); perform analysis and take action to resolve and eliminate
• Assist in process development through the creation of communication standards, documentation training, and the use of process development tools.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to improving quality management systems
• Oversee facility safety; reporting, inspections, audits
