Job description

Job Description

  • Provide clinical nurse leadership and direction, ensuring patient care meets professional nursing standards and organizational policies
  • Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in orientation of new staff
  • Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care and appropriate service frequency
  • Collaborate with patients and nursing team to identify health care needs, strengths, and goals
  • Act as a professional role model and mentor, demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, degree preferred
  • Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor / Manager, preferably in a community setting
  • Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients
  • Current CPR certification
