What is Pontosense?

Pontosense builds wireless sensors that measure really small movements (as small as a heartbeat) using radar technology. We have the most accurate sensor on the market, by a factor of 10,000x. We’re not just a little better – we’re 10,000x better. This means that we can see things more clearly and can analyze and catch issues quicker. Today, we serve many markets, but around the same use case : saving lives

What makes us different than everyone else?

We have founders with over 500 patents; prior to Pontosense we built companies worth a total of $5B. Our companies make your iPhone, Starlink, Meta VR sets and other technologies. With our factories, we can produce up to 700,000 units a month. You’ll not only be working with the best tech in this space, but also a team to support growth and expansion.

What problem will you solve?

People fall down a lot, especially older adults. In the US, 30% experience a fall so severe they have to go to a hospital. How do you catch falls in bathrooms and bedrooms? Well, not with a camera (creepy) and not with a wearable (hard to use; try taking a shower with a pendant). RADAR is the only choice. However, existing products have performance issues leading to many false alarms and missed falls. That’s where our 10,000x product advantage comes into play – you’ll be working with the best tech in the game to solve an issue (elderly falls) that is familiar to us all.

What you’ll do :

  • ABC : Always Be Closing!
  • Close deals with ACV ranging between $50K to $100K USD in our core mid-market ICP : In-home care companies with professional staff for elderly living in their own homes
  • Distributor and partners serving communications and retirement homes
  • Perform live demos, meet with senior management for companies in our ICP
  • Work with our lead generation team and sales support to get meetings booked
  • More than 50% of meetings will be booked for you
  • You will be responsible to book the rest on your own
  • Attend conferences to meet customers
  • Help support the onboarding and account management process once you sign a deal. We have a team to handle this, but you’re asked to help

You’ll do well if you :

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – get things done and get results at the highest level
  • Results-driven approach – processes don’t pay the bills, results do
  • Hunter mentality – able to push to find a way to the answer or result
  • Persistent and organized – make sure that you’re able to get your leads organized and CRM updated
  • Independent – we’re looking for adults who can deliver revenue within the first month. Learn and train while you get results
  • Hard working – start-ups are not easy, but it’s worth it if you put in the time
  • Critical thinker – able to solve complex problems and simplify challenging issues
  • Some other things that will work in your favour :

  • Experience being an AE with verified results
  • Agetech, life sciences or healthtech background
  • It’s not you, it’s us – you won’t fit in if you :

  • Prefer more account management, or account growth positions
  • Are not willing to be creative or diligent to get results
  • Are a process-person
  • Are not passionate about technology or elderly care, or are passionate about how things work
  • Prefer a more controlled pace
  • Cannot travel for conference, or prefer not to travel
  • Are not all-in

  • 150K OTE (60% base, 40% commissions)
