Job description

Overview

Myo is modern physical therapy to futureproof your body. Through 1:1 expert care, our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists use full-body awareness and proactive insights to intercept injury, reduce pain, and improve your everyday.

Why Park Royal?

Our Park Royal clinic is one of our newest locations—perfectly positioned in a high-traffic, central area of West Vancouver. Located steps away from Park Royal Shopping Centre, it offers easy accessibility and exposure to a diverse and active community. With a brand-new clinic space and growing visibility in the area, Park Royal is an ideal location for clinicians looking to build a strong caseload while making a lasting impact on a vibrant, health-conscious population.

This is your chance to be the unique voice of Clinical Pilates within the Park Royal team. As the only Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist in the clinic, you will have the opportunity to build a strong and loyal client base, drawing in local clients who are passionate about holistic movement and wellness. This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce Pilates rehab in a high-traffic area, providing you with the platform to educate, grow, and thrive.

Your Impact

As a Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist, you’ll be instrumental in helping clients achieve their movement goals. Through exceptional care, personalized treatment plans, and leveraging your Clinical Pilates expertise, you’ll elevate clients’ rehab experiences and contribute to the growth of Myo's presence in West Vancouver.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality care tailored to each client’s needs, combining clinical Pilates techniques with physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Engage with local referral sources to foster relationships that will help you build and expand your caseload
  • Introduce and grow the Clinical Pilates practice, educating clients on its benefits for recovery and wellness
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship, clinical workshops, and continuous education to further your expertise in Clinical Pilates
  • Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to ensure you have the support and resources necessary for your professional growth

Why You\'ll Thrive at Myo

  • Build Your Practice: As the only Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist at Park Royal, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape your caseload in a clinic with high foot traffic and great brand recognition
  • Continuing Education: $1500 annual Continuing Education stipend to support your development in Clinical Pilates, including advanced certifications and courses
  • Supportive Onboarding: A tailored 90-day plan with mentorship from experienced clinicians and at least two in-clinic mentors dedicated to your growth
  • Professional Development: Access to our Leadership In Training (LIT) Program and other development opportunities to further your career
  • Collaborative Team Culture: Work alongside like-minded professionals in an environment that values ongoing learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence
  • Engaged Client Base: Work with health-conscious, motivated clients who are eager to invest in their movement health and wellness

About You

  • Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with your affiliated college
  • Experience with or interest in Clinical Pilates and a commitment to completing rehab-based Reformer Pilates courses/certification (if not already completed)
  • A passion for delivering client-centered care, with an emphasis on rehabilitation and education
  • Proactive in building a caseload and cultivating relationships with clients and local referral sources
  • A team player who values mentorship, feedback, and collaboration
  • Eager to continue learning and developing new clinical skills, especially in the Pilates space

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive fee split + annual $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement + bonus payouts for team member referrals
  • Financial Stability: The unique option to start with a structured monthly Stipend Model for your first three months—designed to provide stability and ease your transition into building a caseload, before moving onto our standard fee split
  • Performance-Based Recognition: Access to our Senior Clinician Program, a performance-based pathway that recognizes and rewards clinical excellence through a 20% increase in service pricing - a reflection of your continued growth and impact
  • Career Pathways: Clear opportunities to grow into leadership roles such as Lead Clinician, Clinic Director, or Regional Director - supported by mentorship, development programs, and influence across the Myo community
  • Employee Wellness: Complimentary, paid staff treatment sessions + employer-paid mental health support through our EAP, Homewood
  • Pet Insurance: To take care of our furry friends!
  • Access to Partnerships: Community discounts and partnerships with top tier brands
