BWXT’s Technical Services Group (TSG) manages and conducts high-consequence operations within government-owned facilities that require uncompromising discipline. We are poised to meet the nation’s defense, energy and environmental demands through an array of management, operational and technical services.

This position is assigned to the BWXT-led Nuclear Laboratories Partners of Canada (NLPC) contract and is responsible for pursuit, capture, and full-cycle management of complex non-capital projects within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures projects are executed to financial, technical, and client satisfaction standards across operational and regulatory initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled, high-energy and results oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in the nuclear industry. This role requires a deep understanding of nuclear regulations, project management principles, and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

• Lead and manage large-scale construction projects within the nuclear sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Negotiate scope, contracts, and critical outcomes with internal and client stakeholders.
• Apply advanced business acumen to improve project margin, resource efficiency, and schedule fidelity.
• Drive change management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee financial performance, reporting, and client communications to ensure project transparency and satisfaction.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario (CA-ON) at the start of employment is expected to be between $161,000.00 USD and $233,000.00 USD per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and / or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
