Responsibilities :
- Lead Supply Chain ERP related solutions / enhancements.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud modules relating to Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Work with stakeholders and within the team to develop and document requirements.
- Accountable for various IT artifacts : content, completion, and quality.
- Drive & contribute to project solutions - JAD sessions, responsible for gathering input / documenting TSD, HLD.
- Responsible for facilitating requirements / scope trade-off with application teams, business sponsor, and demand organization.
- Accountable for aligning all technology teams when delivering IT solutions.
- Support the SA (Solution Architect) in defining overall solution approach in partnership with Technology stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager throughout project life cycle.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture and procurement on defining vendor expectations.
- Collaborate with the PM, Application teams, and security teams in the creation and management of governance / gating artifacts.
- Accountable / responsible for managing change requests (PCRs).
- Responsible (in partnership with the PM / application teams) for the negotiation of code drop dates in balance with business requested delivery dates.
- Support testing teams / activities : test plan / case consultation and manage defect triage with appropriate application teams.
- Work closely with third-party technology vendors; ability to challenge the vendor design to ensure satisfaction of business partners’ needs.
- Liaise with other Technology Solution Delivery groups including the Network and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and application support for the business.
- Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and conflicts and escalate to executive level wherever required.
- Endorse quality, innovation, and timely communication of issues / opportunities. Coach team members in delivery, issue management, and risk management.
What you have :
- A BS / BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent and / or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management.
- 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst.
- 3+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP Experience specifically with Supply Chain, procurement, and WMS.
- Experience designing business processes.
- Experience designing systems solutions.
- Experience developing and executing test plans.
- Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities.
