Job description
Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual looking for a new opportunity as a General Labourer / Dock Worker in Bathurst, New Brunswick? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dock Worker to secure a long-term, ongoing position with the potential for a temporary-to-permanent role. In this role, you will be an essential part of the supply chain, ensuring goods are moved efficiently and safely. Your commitment to safety and teamwork will be key to your success. We are looking for a General Labourer who is ready to start immediately and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Job Title: General Labourer / Dock Worker

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
Start time Monday (2.00am/3.00am - 10.00am/11.00am)
Tuesday - Friday (4.00am/5.00am - 12.00pm)

Work Location: Bathurst, NB E2A 4W7

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Responsibilities
Unloading and loading skids from trucks.
Operating RF scanners to track inventory and shipments.
Wrapping skids to secure them for transport.
Repetitive lifting of heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including dangerous goods and WHMIS training.

Qualifications
1-2 years of proven warehouse or dock worker experience.
CSA-approved safety shoes are mandatory.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Completion of four specific safety training modules through Randstad (dangerous goods, WHMIS, health, and safety) is a condition of employment.
