Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects in need of temporary and direct hire services and solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in person.
  • Execute activities that will drive results (many cold calls, virtual and on-site meetings with customers).
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
  • Broaden our scope with a technological and personal approach.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in sales and business development.
  • You have a track record of being the best at everything you've done in the past.
  • Ability to communicate with others via phone, video, social media and face-to-face meetings.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented organization.
  • Experience delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence and desire to do exceptional work.
  • You have a natural curiosity and a relentless determination to get things done - you like to WIN!
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
  • The position requires the consultant to travel to customer sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available.
