Do you have a passion for storytelling?

We provide interpretive planning and exhibit design services to an international clientele of museums, science centres and other cultural attractions. We are looking to add an experienced interpretive writer to our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada .

Candidates should be pursuing a career as a professional writer (not social media "content creator") so please only apply if you have experience writing content for exhibitions at museums, science centres, cultural centres or similar institutions.

The ideal candidate will posses the following :

  • Post-secondary degree in interpretive planning, creative writing, museum studies or a similar program
  • Minimum 4 years experience researching and writing interpretive content for exhibitions
  • Demonstrable interest in nature, culture or science
  • Ability to travel the world (and the internet) to conduct research
  • Ability to conduct interviews with subject matter experts and knowledge keepers
  • Ability to write concise, engaging text to communicate complex topics
  • Ability to contribute in a collaborative, creative environment
