Grower Support – Entry Position

Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our Growing Department. No experience neededtraining provided!

What Youll Do :

• Assist with monitoring plant health including watering pruning and crop maintenance.
• Record basic crop data such as plant growth environmental conditions and pest observations.
• Maintain clean safe and organized greenhouse areas.
• Follow all company protocols safety standards and SOPs.
• Report any issues related to plant health equipment or growing conditions to the Growing Lead or Grower.
• Perform other greenhouse duties as assigned
• Collect and record crop data accurately including plant growth climate conditions yield measurements etc.
