About OfficeSpace

OfficeSpace is the AI workplace management platform that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the modern workplace. As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

Backed by Vista Equity Partners and Resurgens Technology Partners, OfficeSpace is primed for continued growth. If you’re driven by impact, energized by innovation, and ready to help shape the future of work, OfficeSpace invites you to join us.

What You’ll Do

Lead UX research initiatives across the product portfolio—including emerging AI-powered features like workplace assistants, chatbots, and agentic tools.

Own the end-to-end research process, from scoping and planning to synthesis and executive presentation.

Drive both tactical and strategic research that informs near-term design and long-term product strategy.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to align research with roadmap priorities.

Apply a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative), including user interviews, concept testing, usability studies, surveys, behavioral data analysis, and in-product experiments.

Define and champion research best practices; mentor peers and help mature research as a function across the org.

Develop journey maps, personas, and frameworks that shape holistic user understanding and scalable design systems.

Communicate insights through powerful storytelling, presentations, and data visualization to influence decisions at all levels of the company.

Work autonomously to identify high-impact research opportunities that help us build smarter, faster, and more human-centered workplace tools.

Measure the impact of UX initiatives by tying research findings to key business metrics like engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
