What You’ll Do :
- Maintenance & Repairs : Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and related systems.
- Facility Management : Oversee the health and safety of our facility, manage preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Optimization & Monitoring : Identify areas for operational improvement and monitor the infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service, manage contractor coordination, and maintain security protocols.
Working Conditions :
- Rotational Shifts : Work in a 24 / 7 mission-critical environment with a rotating schedule (14 days / month).
- On-Call Availability : Be prepared to respond to critical incidents and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum of 4+ years in data centers, facility management, or mission-critical environments. Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including BMS / EPMS and BAS systems.
- Certifications : Electrical certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician), Mechanical / HVAC certifications, and other relevant credentials are assets.
- Skills : Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of data center operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
