Install, repair, and maintain complete plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, drainage, and venting systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Install and service water supply systems, hot water tanks, on-demand water heaters.
Conduct rough-in and final installations for plumbing and heating systems on new construction and renovation projects.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical manuals to plan efficient and code-compliant installations.
Perform thorough diagnostics and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, low water pressure.
Repair or replace worn or defective parts, such as valves, faucets, back flow devices, circulating pumps, and pressure regulators.
Requirements
Red Seal Certification in Plumbing (Preferred)
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safety procedures
Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
