Key Responsibilities :
Customer-Facing Duties :
- Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service at all times.
Back-End & Support Tasks :
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, or appointments for internal teams and clients.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and file organization.Manage and update customer accounts and records with accuracy.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve internal workflow issues.What We’re Looking For :
