Key Responsibilities :

Customer-Facing Duties :

  • Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service at all times.

Back-End & Support Tasks :

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, or appointments for internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and file organization.
  • Manage and update customer accounts and records with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve internal workflow issues.
