About Us

Job Description

Analyzing existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.

Assigns duties, such as tilling soil, planting, irrigating, storing crops, and maintaining machines, and assigns fields or rows to workers.

Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.

Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations

Issues farm implements and machinery, ladders, or containers to workers and collects them at end of workday.

Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting.

Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.

Drives and operates farm machinery, such as trucks, tractors, or self-propelled harvesters, to transport workers or cultivate and harvest fields.

Provide agricultural livestock services such as artificial insemination, spraying or shearing of livestock or disinfecting pens, barns or poultry houses.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.

Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended.

Team player.

Extensive experience in a farming-related field.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Willingness to work overtime as required.

Required Years of experience : At least 1 Year of experience

Salary : $25.00 - $36.85 per hour
