We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential employees
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
- Maintain employee files and ensure that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the performance evaluation process by scheduling evaluations and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed
- Work with HR team members to prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements :
