Job descriptionDu hast mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP BW-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf Betrieb, Monitoring und Fehleranalyse Wir suchen einen sehr erfahrenen Experten, der den stabilen Betrieb des SAP BW 7.5-Systems sicherstellt und komplexe Fehler eigenständig analysiert und behebt Umfassende Kenntnisse in SAP BW 7.5 inkl. 3.x-Datenflüssen sowie Erfahrung im Monitoring von Prozessketten Kenntnisse in Datenqualitätsmanagement und Sicherstellung fehlerfreier Datenverarbeitung Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von Prozessen und der Erstellung von Übersichten für komplexe Systemlandschaften Fähigkeit, ohne zentrale Dokumentation eigenständig Strukturen aufzubauen und zu pflegen Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, um unterschiedliche Fehlerfälle und parallele Projektanforderungen zu bewältigen Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei der Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für Dokumentation und Kommunikation Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, die Extra-Meile zu gehen, um Qualität und Stabilität sicherzustellen
Aufgaben
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der täglichen Überwachung und Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs des bestehenden SAP BW -Systems
- Du übernimmst das tägliche Monitoring der Prozessketten
- Du analysierst und behebst Fehler in den Prozessketten, um die Datenqualität auf höchstem Niveau zu gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest eigenständig an der Dokumentation und Organisation der Prozessketten, da keine zentrale Übersicht oder vollständige Dokumentation vorhanden ist
- Du entwickelst Lösungen für komplexe Fehlerfälle und stellst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen sicher, ohne Quick-Fixes
- Du planst und koordinierst den Betrieb bis zur Systemabschaltung Ende nächsten Jahres sowie die Übergabe an die Nachfolgesysteme
- Du bringst deine Expertise in SAP BW 7.5 inkl. 3.x-Technologie ein und führst notwendige Anpassungen und Tests durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung eines Schulungskonzepts, um Wissenstransfer an zukünftige Verantwortliche sicherzustellen
