We are currently recruiting for a well-established Québec-based company in the industrial sector that is undergoing a significant digital transformation. To support this modernization, the organization is looking to add a structured, curious, and hands-on IT Project Manager who can drive multiple initiatives forward in parallel.
You will join a small, dynamic IT team in an environment where ideas flow, people are engaged, and technology is becoming increasingly central to operations.
Key responsibilities
Lead a variety of IT projects : collaboration tools (M365 / SharePoint), system modernization, integrations, and more
Plan, organize, and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, resources, and communications
Facilitate meetings, engage stakeholders, and bridge business needs with IT solutions
Draft project charters, progress reports, budget estimates, and core documentation
Identify issues, dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities
Contribute to building and improving internal project management practices (with a pragmatic and flexible approach)
Profile
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT project management (PMO, digital, modernization, collaboration tools, etc.)
Comfortable in a hands-on role involving coordination, facilitation, documentation, and operational follow-up
Familiar with Agile, PMBOK or hybrid methodologies (certification is an asset, not a requirement)
Proactive and resourceful – you know how to take initiative and get things moving
Experience in SMEs, private sector, or multi-project environments
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira)
Fluent in French; functional English (an asset)

Hybrid work model : 3 days / week onsite in Québec City
