Position: Implementation Engineer - Client Support & IntegrationLocation: Saint-Laurent and Hybrid Salary: $70K to $80K based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package, employer RRSP contribution, and moreAbout the Role:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and client-oriented Implementation Engineer to join their team. This is a post-sales, customer-facing role designed for someone with a strong technical foundation (ideally in engineering) who prefers working directly with clients rather than in a purely technical or back-end role.You will be responsible for guiding clients through the integration and deployment of new technologies, ensuring seamless implementation with their existing systems. Your work will be key to helping customers adopt and succeed with our products by offering hands-on support, technical guidance, and professional problem-solving throughout the onboarding and post-installation phases.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary technical contact for clients during the implementation phase.- Support customers in integrating new systems with their current technologies and workflows.- Provide expert advice on system setup, usage, compatibility, and troubleshooting.- Customize solutions based on client environments and technical constraints.- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients.- Collaborate with internal technical teams (engineering, product, and support) to resolve client issues or tailor solutions.- Conduct on-site or remote system verifications, trainings, and technical walkthroughs.- Maintain detailed documentation of client environments and technical interactions.Qualifications:- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex systems.- Experience in a customer-facing or technical support/integration role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple client projects and adapt to changing priorities.- Experience with system integration, product configuration, or implementation support is an asset.Who This Role is For:You're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making technology work for people.
