POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver Projects, Enhancements, and System Support across a complex and integrated landscape
- Engage in the development and support of SAP TM, SAP EM, FIORI, and their custom-built functionality and interfaces, specifically utilizing SAP technical frameworks such as BOPF, FPM, FBI, BRF+, and AIF.
- Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from stakeholders and perform gap analysis.
- Own the resolution of incidents and defects in SAP applications, leading troubleshooting efforts and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
- Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution. Assist with crafting user guides and training.
- Write and document functional specifications, perform system configuration (SPRO), and build diagrams and models to detail functional requirements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 operations.
