Position Summary
Ruth and Naomi’s Mission is a Christian faith-based organization serving the Chilliwack community for over 20 years. We provide meals, shelter, and residential recovery programming for individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction, walking alongside people as lives are transformed by the love of Jesus.
The Recovery Manager – Women’s provides day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of RAN Recovery – Women’s Programs, a residential, faith‑based recovery program supporting women in building sustainable recovery through structure, accountability, and holistic care. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recovery, this role ensures program excellence, staff leadership, strong community partnerships, and meaningful participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Women’s Recovery Program, ensuring safe, consistent, and mission‑aligned programming.
- Supervise, coach, and support Recovery Support Workers and Program Leads.
- Ensure participant progression, engagement expectations, and program standards are upheld.
- Integrate RAN’s five Areas of Recovery Capital into programming and case management.
- Build and maintain community referral relationships to support program occupancy (target 80%+).
- Collaborate with Intake and Recovery leadership to support admissions and program flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Steps ForwardDB.
- Represent RAN Recovery within the community and partner networks.
Qualifications
Relevant degree or addiction recovery training required; Master’s degree an asset.Experience in addiction recovery, mental health, or social services.Non‑Violent Intervention training or certification required.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, emotionally demanding environment.Lived experience with recovery is an asset.Faith & Values Alignment

Salary of $62,000–$70,000, dependent on experience.RRSP matching and employer‑paid extended health benefits after probation.Full‑time, in‑office role (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–4 : 00pm) with additional hours as required.Travel between Chilliwack locations required.Who We Are
