Clinical Care Experience Supervisor RN or RPN

Requirements / Qualifications

• A regulated health professionalRPN / RN with a minimum 2 years experience
• Preferably 2-3 years recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a manager in the community setting.
• Solid knowledge of principles practices and methods of community nursing and service delivery to clients.
• Able to supervise a team of Personal Support Workers.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to Central EastON
• Strong time management skills confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent communicator able to foster relationships with Home Care Staff and clients
• Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment
• Interest in continuous learning high energy and focused
• Current CPR-C / BLScertification
• Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
