Job Summary

The Design team is seeking a Junior Designer to contribute to the ongoing development of lifestyle-focused design aligned with evolving trends and market shifts to expand style options.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional retailer with primarily physical stores to an omnichannel leader leveraging fashion technology.

Responsibilities

• Create styles for centers of excellence/collections to support the lifestyle vision/brief.
• Participate in trend ideas and product innovations.
• Contribute to creating best-in-class 3D samples supporting the lifestyle.
• Monitor development calendars and approvals to support each collection.
• Update collection development boards.
• Train in 3D design.
• Participate in ideation of styles for specific convenience while learning the C-41 process and deliverables.

Qualifications

• DEC in Fashion Design or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
• Minimum three (3) years of design experience.
• Detail-oriented, motivated.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good judgment and strong understanding of fashion industry trends.
• Willing to travel (as needed).
• Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written).
