This position is remote, requires 50% or more travel, and requires the candidate to reside in Canada, with a preferred location of Ontario or Quebec. Candidates must also be bilingual (English and French).

How You’ll help us to connect the world :

You will focus on Channel Partner development and enablement for all Ruckus Channel Partners in Canada, supporting two Partner Account Managers, one in Montreal and one in Vancouver. As a System Engineer, you will perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, technical training, provide design input and review, solution‑focused selling and positioning to all levels of decision‑makers, and deliver presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and events. To be successful, you will have strong technical skills, industry knowledge, and excellent experience as a customer or partner‑facing Systems Engineer. Knowledge of the Ruckus wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies is preferred, along with a proficient understanding of pre‑sales engineering and sales processes, including critical account management.

The successful candidate will be a proficient self‑starter with strong technical skills, in‑depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as a customer or partner‑facing Systems Engineer. The preferred candidate will also possess working knowledge of the RUCKUS wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales engineering network design, radio frequency passive and / or active planning, bill of material creation, sales opportunity engagement, and technical training individually or in larger group settings
• Identifying and driving the development of a territory account plan based on awareness of the business economics and trends of the industries, including vertical markets
• Have a working knowledge of RUCKUS Networks wireless, wired and software solutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners with the ability to differentiate and competitively position RUCKUS solutions
• Assist the Territory and / or Partner Account Manager in driving revenue and selling solutions to achieve quota goals
