Job Title: PMO AnalystLocation: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months Daily Responsibilities: - Project Management Tool Admin: make sure all questions of PV are addressed, update & reconcile information between source data and Planview, monitor the changes in Planview
- Project Governance: Help implement and maintain PMO governance standards, monitor compliance, and manage risk and issue registers.
- Project Risk Management: Navigate the enterprise approval process for change initiative risk assessments and provide guidance to project practitioners
- Project Support: Assist with project planning, budget tracking, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on project data, including progress, risks, and budgets, to provide insights and support decision-making for project managers and senior leaders
- Process Improvement: Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement within project execution and PMO processes to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of project goals.
Must have Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Planview
- Familiar with Tableau
- Knowledge about other project management tool: MS project, Jira/Confluence, Asana
- Project management, Risk Management, Audit and etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, also open to liberal arts major
