Customer Service Representative

Description

The purpose of this job is to interact directly and indirectly with customers for the express intent of providing them with the agricultural, industrial, and surplus parts or used equipment that they require.

• Customer service, development, and retention
• Answering customer calls, emails, faxes, and all other inquiries
• Selling parts and used equipment of Agricultural and Industrial equipment of a variety of makes and models
• Continual computer use and adaptability to new technology
• Administrative duties
• Ensure that workspace is clean and professional at all times
• Fulfil the objectives of the sales team
