What are the Responsibilities?
Lead & Execute
- Drive success on large-scale AV projects, managing on-site activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to keep resources aligned and timelines on track.
- Install and configure advanced AV systems, think theaters, arenas, control rooms, and more.
Be the Expert
- Serve as the primary technical representative on-site, providing guidance and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to guarantee top-tier performance and safety.
Mentor & Inspire
- Train and support junior technicians, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Build a skilled, confident team that delivers excellence every time.
Solve & Support
- Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and precision.
- Provide post-installation support, user training, and documentation to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
What are the Requirements?
- Experience : 2–5 years in the AV industry, with at least 2 years in field services.
- Certifications : AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or manufacturer-specific training (preferred).
- Technical Mastery : Expertise in AV systems, video conferencing, control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), audio systems, and structured cabling.
- Leadership : Proven ability to mentor and manage technical teams.
- Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for creative solutions.
- Communication : Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Other Requirements : Valid Class 5 driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and travel as needed.
