SUMMARY :
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation of a variety of financial reports including daily, weekly, and periodic reports to Senior Management and other parts of the business.
Creates and maintains computerized financial models for the reporting purposes.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate and efficient financial models for reporting purposes.
- Maintenance, modification, and preparation of daily, weekly, and period end reports to Senior and Operational management.
- Maintain TM1 database through loading daily and weekly through BW, BDMS, and SAP.
- Liaise with other Departments to obtain related data and maintain business relationships.
- Ensure processes and procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and commitments consistent with IFRS.
- Take part in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Analyze Sales (BW / BDMS) entries and request corrections if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- College diploma or University studies in finance / accounting and / or currently working towards an Accounting designation
- 3 5 years related work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent business writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial math and analytical skills
