Description du rôle

L’Associé(e) Marketing soutient plusieurs équipes internes pour assurer la mise en œuvre correcte des clauses, politiques et dépôts réglementaires. Le poste inclut la gestion quotidienne du Clause Book et de BDOC, ainsi que le rôle de point de contact pour CofaNet en Amérique du Nord.

Responsabilités

• Gérer et mettre à jour l’outil Clause Book, incluant le formatage, la validation et la saisie des clauses en français et en anglais.
• Coordonner avec les équipes locales et globales l’implémentation des clauses et effectuer des tests statiques.
• Diriger l’équipe responsable de la validation des traductions françaises.
• Organiser des réunions de suivi et assurer la résolution des tâches et tickets liés aux projets.
• Collaborer avec les conseillers juridiques sur les dépôts réglementaires, indexer les clauses et préparer les redlines.
• Agir comme point de contact régional pour CofaNet et coordonner les mises à jour système.

Compétences & Profil recherché

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet.
• Solides aptitudes en communication (anglais requis ; français un atout).
• Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
• Grande attention au détail et bonnes compétences analytiques.
• Expérience en assurance, assurance‑crédit ou services financiers (atout).

The Marketing Associate supports multiple internal teams to ensure proper implementation of clauses, policies, and regulatory filings. The role includes oversight of day‑to‑day management of the Clause Book, BDOC, and serving as the North America point of contact for CofaNet.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Clause Book tool, including formatting, validation workflows, and entering clauses in English and French.
• Coordinate clause implementation with local and global teams and perform static testing.
• Lead the review and validation of French clause translations.
• Organize follow‑up meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory filings, index clauses, and prepare redlines.
