About the Job :

Vitasave seeks a dynamic Health Educator to join our team at the North Vancouver retail storefront. You’ll join a team of passionate individuals who work together to ensure customers are happy and the store is always at its best. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers and helping them find what they are looking for, understanding their needs and guiding them to products that align with their health goals. As a Health Educator, it’s important to have a background in health and wellness to ensure customers are educated and find the products that suit them.

Skill / Qualifications :

Essential :

  • Background in nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or similar certification.
  • RHN, IHN, or Health Related certificate.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in a health food store.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong computer skills.

Your Role & Responsibilities :

As a Health Educator, your primary focus will be on customer well-being, assisting them in finding products that support their health journey. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Providing customers with not only their needs, but finding the products that will serve their overall health and wellness journey.
  • Handling phone inquiries.
  • Receiving and restocking deliveries.
  • Operating the POS system for customer transactions.
